This group represents the Houston chapter of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). We meet about every other month to advance the discipline of customer experience . You will meet others who change their organizations through customer experience improvements, through voice of the customer impacts and by focusing on customer retention and growth. This group is part networking and part education as we will often feature experts eager to share their success tips.
